Cajun-Style Fish Salad

Description:
If you love fish like I do....you'll love this one!!

Ingredients:
14 oz white fish fillets
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
2 teaspoons garlic salt
1 tsp hot paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
10 oz. small yellow squash, sliced
5 oz green beans, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
few drops of Tabasco sauce


Directions:
Cut fish into 1 1/2 inch pieces: pat dry on paper towels.   Add fish to combined herbs and spices, mixing well.   Steam squash and beans separately, just until tender; drain immediately.   Rince under cold water; drain well.
Heat oil in wok or large pan;   stir-fry fish, in batches, until tender.   Return fish to pan with squash, beans and butter; stir-fry until heated through.   Add Tabasco sauce to taste.
