Sandrell Salsa

From the kitchen of: Janet Sandrell

Description:
Fresh salsa

Ingredients:
1 gr. pepper(remove seeds)
2 med. ripe tomatoes
1/4 onion
4 springs of cilantro
2 cloves of garlic   or chopped garlic from a jar.
1 tsp. Lawrys seasoning
2 tbls lemon juice
1/3 jalopeno for mild   (2/3 for med (remove seeds, whole for the really brave)


Directions:
Quarter vegetables, place in you chopper & mix to consistency desired.

Number Of Servings:3-4

Preparation Time:10 minutes
